Do you have a policy for refunds?
Yes, our policy regarding refunds is as follows –
If you wish or need to cancel your booking we require 48hrs or more in order for you to receive a 75% refund. After 48hrs we don’t refund due to not having enough time to try and fill the time allotted for your activity.
If we need to cancel the event for any reason you will receive a full refund unless it is due to weather when you will be offered a voucher to rearrange your activity or a refund if you are unable to do so.
What happens in bad weather?
As a business that runs outdoors, we are always watching the weather to ensure the safety of our students. A little rain won’t stop us however if we think that the weather will be unpredictable or unsafe then we will email you with updates on whether your course will go ahead so keep an eye on your inbox or feel free to contact us if you are concerned! If for what ever reason your course is cancelled due to weather we will always try and fit you into another course or a full refund depending on your availability.
Do you have insurance?
We have a £5 million public liability insurance which covers all accidents that could occur on one of our courses. At surviving wild bushcraft safety is first and foremost. If we think someone is not behaving appropriately or listening to directions we have no issue asking them to sit out the activity as we wont tolerate this.
